Nexus 10 can't add new users

Hello,

I just got Nexus 10 today. I'm trying to add a new user but the menu item is not there.

I went to settings and under "DEVICE" there are only Sound, Display, Storage, Battery, Apps but not Users.

Why is it not here and how I can get it back?

update your software. you might still be on pre OS. go to settings-->about tablet-->System updates.

there are two updates so do it twice.

On mine it's the last item under Device.
