Nexus 10 got very wet, tries to charge, on off and Google on off. No charging. Help

[Android Central Question]

Took apart, dried out 6 days. Back together, plug in and it shows lightning bolt as if charging, but goes off then Google pops up and goes off. Alternates continually. Tried holding down power button 3o sec, makes no difference, keeps alternating.

Perhaps the wetting has done damage, which furthermore may be ongoing.
