Nexus 10 Speaker problem

Hi,

Is anyone else seeing speaker problems with the Nexus 10? My unit's left speaker is working, but not the right speaker. Last night both seemed to be fine (or I didn't notice, anyway). Just got the device yesterday :-(

Google Play support walked me through a factory reset over the phone and verified that it wasn't an equalizer problem. They're providing a replacement. fyi in case someone else runs into this issue.

Yes, it was happening in all apps that use sound. No issue when using the headset.

My nexus 10 is suffering the same problem. Only the left speaker is working. So How did you fix that problem? Directly contact Google for a new one or just change some settings. I'm really confusing. Google nexus 10 is not on sale in my country. If it's really a hardware malfunction, contacting Google for a new replacement will be boring enough......

just got my Nexus 10 from ebay...used but in great condition. Only right speaker works. Going to test headphones then factory reset. But seems likely harware issue. You think I can return it to google instead of ebay seller?
