Nexus 3G or 4G?

I have an SGSIII with AT&T, and i'm in a 4G LTE area. How much faster would the Nexus5 be, as opposed to the Nexus4? The $249.00 price for the N4 is mighty tempting. Thanks for any suggestions.

More importantly, I doubt that you are going to find a Nexus 4 at anywhere near the $249 price point.

Prices at the Play Store were cut about a month ago and all the remaining stock of both the 8GB and 16GB devices was gone within a week or two. Every indication is that they will not return, although I suppose anything is possible.

You can find new in box N4's on eBay and Amazon at $50 - $150 above the Play Store price.
