Hi all thank you for taking timeto read this, i really appreciate it... i hav got to this point wth out needed to ask any question, but im baffled now, and i cant seem to find what i need any whre i search, so here it is - My Problem
i am using a nexus 4 with kitkat 4.4.2......
first i unlocked bootloader via fastboot, then i installed cynagenmod11, i used UPDATED-superuser1.80.......phone was fine , boooted up no probs, i dowbload supersu from play store, which then updated my binarys, cool....finished .... ive got cutom rom and rooot.........
but the reason for me doing this was to enable otg on my nexys 4 and lte4g, well i now have root so can get 4g.................[thibkibg back i prob should have stpped here to use 'stikmount' or summit, but i didnt and wen the root of downloading zddey-franko-199-cm [something like that] it said that the cm version of ziddeyz me cause a propb with cynagenmod10.2 , but im running cynmod11..........anyway after flashing that kernel in bios, all went well bu looks of things, phone booted as norm, but i wen to run titaium backup, whioch said id lost root, so i checked root checker, which also indeed said root had been lost, i went to check my apps, and supersu had also gone, i went to play store to re download, no joy........couldt get oot back, i reflashed my update-superuse1.80 zip via recvoery..... booted phone again, no joy root has still gone.......so annyoing i ned root restore from titaium also.......driving me nuts..........i was lead to belive cecging kernel shoul not lose root.
any help would be greatlu appreciated.....
if anyone needs any more info at all then just ask......
