This question has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find the answer so here goes. I have an 8G Nexus 4, so not much storage. It's running 4.4.4. With the stuff I've got on it (mostly apps) if I go into settings->storage it says I've got 760MB available space. I want to do a system update to Lollipop and that says it is a 394MB download. After I'm done, will I have 760 - 394 = only 366MB of available space? Or does it just need 394MB for the download, then the original OS gets replaced so I still have 760MB available afterwards? Thanks-

It's only for the download. Just to be on the safe side, take it up to 1gb by clearing up the cache and some app data. I have the same 8 gb nexus 4. I upgraded to lollipop when I had 990 mb. Now i have about 1.1 gb, but i am in the habit of cleaning my storage regularly so...
But i have noticed that apps take up more space on lollipop than they did when i had kitkat, so keep that in mind.
