Nexus 4 or Sony Xperia SP?

I'm in the market for a new phone and have shortlisted these two phones, but cannot pick one.
They both have their pros and cons but neither of them beat the other convincingly.
Xperia SP
pros = I love the design, looks and feels richer, Bravia engine 2 did make videos look better than they did on N4, expandable memory, fantastic battery, UI is my type, performs really well [beats N4 on almost all benchmarks (I know benchmarks don't tell the whole story,but sure are a good way to compare)].
cons= Inferior camera, only 5.8gb of internal mem and N4 has a better SOC.
Nexus 4
pros= 2 GB ram, quad core, better internal memory (this matters to me as I will use the phone to play games), Google updates.
cons= memory of only ~13 gb which is very poor, fragile glass back, battery is inferior to XP's, video recording is bad.

Please help me pick between these two, I will be buying one of these in a week. Thanks.

I would say which 3 features combined is a deal maker? Then go with the phone that has at least 2 of those 3.
