Nexus 4 phone - keyboard issues

I've got a problem with my on-screen keyboard. Some characters not working. Rotate, and they're ok, but then, some other keys not working. Anyone come accross this/have a way to fix? Its as if the screen has lost its sensitivity in these specific areas, but I haven't noticed if this applies to anything other than keyboard use. Any help appreciated..

Did you ever swap screen, or something like that? Sounds like hardware issue. Not original screen etc.
