Nexus 4 problem

Woke up this morning and my nexus 4 didn't want to turn and the notification led light was flashing white like normally but I got it to turn by pressing and holding a bunch of times I do have android 4.3 so it wasn't Netflix and when I got it to turn on the battery was at 81% and I left it at 96% last night

Did you resolve the issue? Let the device charge for a while then give it a hard reboot - long press the power button. Let us know how it goes.
