Nexus 4 problems. ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS! help :(

I finished flashing a nightly version of CM10.1.2 and its GAPPS and after flashing and rebooting (cleared caches) it seemed that all my antenna stopped working, I was not able to turn on wifi, bluetooth, or connect to my cellular network. For that reason I connected my Nexus 4 to my PC downloaded the files there and tried to copy them over to my phone. I opened the "Nexus 4" folder on my PC and found two "Internal Storage" folders:

Going into Internal Storage folder I only saw a "system" (no Downloads, or Android etc. etc.).

Going into System I tried to put the files there anyways and I got this error:

I don't know how I can transfer the 4.2.2 Gapps and CM10.1.2 onto my phone without WiFi or without my computer able to transfer these files to my phone via USB.

Help.

I'm not quite sure if I'm following you, but it sounds like you're going to need to do a clean flash. This will erase your phone set up. Since you've already flashed, you should have a back up already, so keep that handy.

In order to do this, you'll need to do the following:

1. Get a clean version of CM 10.1.2
2. Place it in the root folder of your SD card. Don't put it into system files or anything else, just at the root.
3. Boot into recovery.
4. Clear data and clear cache
5. Go to Install ZIP from SD card/Choose ZIP from SD Card and find the file.
6. Reboot your phone

Hopefully everything should be ok after that.

You may need the latest bootloader and baseband version for the rom to work correctly for you. I can't see the links you posted at the moment

I have problems with my nexus 4. I was using o2 in uk and everything was just fine. and now Im using blau,de net in germany and i cant receive sms , but i can send them. There is no option service centre nr in messaging settings menu ,so i found that i can change it using *#*#4636#*#* code. But when i change smsc nr it shows update error and in the status sms waiting : false.
What is the problem and how to fix that ?
