Nexus 5 and 6 shared sim card?

I currently have a nexus 5...would like a nexus 6...

Im a mechanic, so don't want to carry a big phone at work...

I'd like to use my nexus 5 at work, and nexus 6 on weekends, and night..

I know the 5 uses a micro sim.. And nexus 6 a Nano sim...

Can I cut down the micro sim from the 5 to fit the 6....and still work in the 5?

Yes and no depending. Sure, you can cut the micro sim to nano size and if you are spot on perfect cutting it, get an adaptor for the Nexus 5. They sell them on ebay for a few $$$. I've used them before and do the job.
