Nexus 5 - CamScanner - Cannot find the image error?

I was using CamScanner app for all my scanning needs so far on Galaxy Exhibit II phone. Recently I bought Nexus 5 and installed the CamScanner app. I'm able to capture photo and convert it into pdf within the app. When I try to select one of the photo, already existing photo, to convert it into pdf getting "cannot find the image" error message.

Please let me know if there is any work around for this issue.

I have the same problem with Nexus 5 + CamScanner. Any updates on this?

I had a similar problem with my nexus 4. I solved it by using the menu at the top right, then select image. Rather than picking the image from the "recent" images, I selected my gallery and picked the image from there. Hope this works for you.
