Hi Help required!
I was listening to the football on the BBC iplayer app when my nexus 5 stopped working. I checked and it randomly was trying to reboot. I completed the process thinking it was a system upgrade but the phone isn't right.
It can't get a signal and keeps telling me the memory is full. When I check the memory, there is only 225MB of internal storage. I have an error saying "May not receive SMS - You may delete old SMS to increase storage", but I've no messages stored, it's completely wiped everything.
I've taken out the SIM and put it back in again to no avail and it makes me run through the whole set up again. I did install the latest update and had noted the battery was draining quicker than before.
Any tips very much appreciated - Does it sound like a SIM error or a phone error?
