nexus 5 hangs.

my nexus hangs while transferring the data for nexua 5 to the lappy or vice versa.
dont know what causing the problem .
after this i have to restart my nexus 5 by pressing power button for a more time than normal.
and after that it work smoothly ,but i dont understand the problem what causing it leaving in hang situatio.

Well, that could a few things... the worse case is an issue with the storage media that is causing the system to not be able to read/write to that portion of the storage. That's sort of a dead end as far as a fix.

Have you tried anything like a factory reset or reloading the system image from Google (the latter being the most reliable means to clear out an issue with the system software)?

yeah i have done a factory reset but after this
it become worse as this is happening to me more than two or three a day .
may be its the motherboard issue but i dont want to spend more on it now. so can you please suggest something which is affordable and as well as good for my nexus.

Can you get ahold of a Nexus 5X? It's just about the most logical step coming from a Nexus 5...
