Nexus 5 not charging

A few days ago I replaced my nexus 5s broken screen. This may have been a mistake because now the phone is at 0% battery and if i try to charge it it will say its charging but it will stay at 0. If I unplug the phone it will shut off.

I have same issue. Just replaced cracked screen with new one.
And now after hour of charging battery still has 3%.

Actually i've found a solution.
There was very fragile battery connector (CN8000), i've broke one or two data pins.
My friend technician have soldered battery directly to main board and now phone works well.
