I have my nexus 5 over a year and before a mounth my nexus is suddenly shut down. never dropped it, nothing. when I powered it on, I had no google logo, or boot animation, I had only pixelated screen but eventually my phone was on and everything was normal. now every time I reboot my phone I see pixelated screen until its finally on. I have unrooted, unlocked android 5.0.1 nexus 5. does there is any solutions? The company said its the screen but I dont believe them since I never dropped it.

Well, the internals of these phones can go south without being dropped.... it could be something as small as a connection that's failed or any number of issues.

What I would personally do is save off any stuff I have on my internal storage to a computer, then reload the factory image (not a factory reset, a full reload of the stock software). This completely overwrites everything with the fresh factory image. If the screen issues remain, then your phone has some HW issues that would require repair/replacement.

I installed 5.1 on my phone from a factory image and still same problem. and by HW u mean hardware?
Edit: I installed new software from scratch inc boot.img and it fixed it.

That's good to hear. It is still troubling that some system stuff corrupted like that.... But might have just been a freak occurrence.
