Nexus 5 Versus Galaxy Note 3?

Debating between the Nexus 5 vs Galaxy Note 3 vs HTC one ( current). What do you guys think?

Galaxy Note 3: Great looking phone, and great screen. Top notch specs (same processor but more ram than Nexus 5) Size may be too big?

Nexus 5: No need to mention to positives, everyone knows.
