Unmeasurable contrast lol. I prefer the saturated look and how deep the black gets![]()
Agreed 100%. The thing I miss most about my GS4GE is the screen. In my personal opinion, nothing even comes close to Samsung's SAMOLED HD screens.

I've seen tons of pics of battery stats. Best I was 3 hours with about 1 hour of talk time. I'd say that might add up to 4 hours of screen time over the 13 hour period that was shown in the stats. It's not bad but it's nothing to write home about...

The battery life I get on the N5 is similar to the battery life I got on the GS4GE, particularly after I switch from Dalvik to ART.
Good for you. If I was going to get a non-Nexus, the GPE One or S4 would be at the top of my list.Edit: I've decided to go with the One and I'm going to convert it to a Google Play Edition so I will hopefully get most of the latest updates from google. Thanks to everyone who replied!![]()

Be aware that you are technically getting updates from HTC, not Google though. HTC has to process/approve anything the GPE devices get. In theory you should still get them much quicker than Sense versions because they will not need to be optimized for the Sense pollution on the normal versions. But how fast (and how long) you get them still depends on HTC.
How much is that? On my S4 I have gotten 5 hours of screen time over a 3 day period. Haven't tried to kill it in one day but I could probably get near 7 hours
I am running a custom ROM so that helps a lot

Not sure if you were asking me, but I'm running Slim Bean 4.3.1Hey buddy, what rom are you running.... ?
Sounds goodI'm getting about 5 hours of screen time on the N5. I've yet to run the battery down and I connect the phone to the charger every night. I'm curious about the actual numbers now, so I'll run it down this weekend.
