So I ordered my nexus 6P not too long ago and I'm now hearing talk about screen burn in, I'm just curious how many nexus 6 users have or had any noticeable burn in with their devices in the past, after having it so long, I don't mind a slight burn where I can't notice it. I'm just worried about a huge burn staring me in the face

Have had for a few months now, nothing noticeable. I've been keeping it below high levels of brightness but have had fairly heavy use

Hmm ok, good to know, eases my mind a little, this is my first amoled display phone

Six months on mine and there's no burn-in that's noticeable on full-screen video. Almost any AMOLED screen will eventually get a little ghosting burn in when viewed against a solid 50% gray screen, but as long as it's below the threshold of noticing in actual use I can't complain, especially for the power savings and infinite black levels of AMOLED.

That's great to hear after a long time, I knew the nexus 6p wasn't perfect I was just worried that this issue was gonna be major

11 months on mine, no burn in at all. Moderate to heavy user.

11 months in, if I turn it into landscape and make my screen completely white or gray and fuss with the brightness a little bit, I can see where the nav bar part of the screen is a smidge brighter than the rest. That is the only time it is noticeable. Nothing up by the status bar. It's been that way for who knows how many months without getting worse...

Not concerned.
