Nexus 6: Naked or Case?

Curious as to whether Nexus 6 owners rock their device naked or with a case.

If you have been rocking your nexus 6 naked for some time how has the device aged? Pictures are encouraged

I've only dropped mine once and glad I had a case on it. I'd love to run it naked trust me. I didn't want to add any size, but I'm glad I have a case. Plus I love the kickstand on my case mate naked case. Use it daily!

Dropped my naked N6 the first time today. I was in a hurry getting out of my car at work. I thought that I had a good handle on it but it slipped and bounced across the parking lot two spaces away. When I picked it up the screen was 100% fine no scratches no chips. The bottom corner has a small chip in the side. Nothing substantial. Phew!

Definitely a case. Easier for me to hold with a good grip. $750 for the phone, it only makes sense to protect it from an accident.

The phone looks so nice I would love to carry it naked, but it's too much risk! I bought a Rearth clear case so I could still see how nice the phone looks. I wish there was a pouch case with a window so when you actually use the phone it's naked and in a case when not in use.

I bought my clear case and Zagg Glass screen shield back in Nov/Dec. Wasn't able to get my hands on the White 64gb until mid Feb. As soon as I took it out the box it was protected. Alas the 5.1 OTA. For some reason after the update the proximity sensor was picking up the Glass on the front and I was unable to use my screen while making or receiving phone calls. I took off the Glass and Zagg is going to refund it for me. Then I took off my case and couldn't be happier. I love the look of the Nexus and the size. The case, though protects it, increases its size and weight. I am going naked now and love it. I may use may case if I go to a certain event or activity where I may want some extra protection, but not for everyday use.

A tpu case. Thin and grippy on the sides. Keeps the phone looking mint for when I sell it.

I have to have mine in a case, I work on the ramp at an airport, I do not want to see a naked phone go bouncing across the tarmac

Ringke Fusion clear case here. Still get to enjoy the beauty of the phone with the added protection and grip from the case!

Never had any of my previous Nexuses in a case. That all changed once the price changed. No way i carry a naked $700 phone. I use a slim Spigen Ultra Hybrid Series clear case, but its starting to yellow a bit. looking to upgrade soon.

Since Otterbox is not making one, this is the closest I can find to their Symmetry design and it also shows off the rear logo.

I ordered a Ringke Clear Case and Spigen case today, arriving on Friday along with a pair of Tempered glass screen protectors and one for my Moto 360 as well, (its not sapphire so it needs help). I opted for clear cases to show off the Nexus look otherwise no one knows you have a Nexus.

I really like it and it does work with my tylt qi charger. Its a hard case with very little bulk. The only CON so far is the opening by the usb charging port is little rough/sharp but figuring that will go away after little time.

Naked. I have a couple of dents here and there, but they are not really noticeable unless I look for them.

I have the naked case the Play Store sells......I take it off when I get home, love the feel of the device in my hand. Never leave home without the case on though.

Mines is naked - I got a red carbon fibre dbrand skin on mine the now - it helps with the grip. I also have a matte black dbrand sticker, which I'm dying to use, but like the red too much the now.

I use the Verizon holster black case on it. I dropped mine down the stairs recently but the case protected it. Not even a scratch
