Nexus 6p LTE connection on some apps only

Hi Everyone I'm having a problem with the Internet connection while I'm on LTE .
Since I get the phone when I'm going out of my home and the phone swith from WiFi to LTE I'm receiving notification Frome apps like Facebook, tweeter or email also I'm receiving msg via WhatsApp but when I want to browse some page or email with some attachments it's says that I don't have internet connection so I have to toggle to airplane mode to get the connection and then it's working

I'm extremely enjoyed with that I did try many thinks like rebooting, resetting network settings , clearing cage...

Any Suggestions on that problem please ???
