Android Central Question

Hello, Recently I was watching youtube and my nexus 6p rebooted and immediately went into bootloop. I purchased this phone from a friend and he previously installed TWRP and Pure Nexus software. I can turn the phone on holding down volume and power which takes me into the download mode. I can scroll through the options: Start (in green letters), Reboot bootloader (in white letters), recovery mode (in red), power off (in white), factory (in white), BP tools (in white), and barcodes (in white). The phone is unlocked, download mode is disabled. Can anyone point me in the right direction to either flash a new kernel, or give me the ability to get the pictures and videos of the phone.

I've got this same exact problem. I'd love an answer as I'm not giving up on this phone.
