Nexus 7 2013 killed after OTA 501

I installed lolllipop as a download( OTA). It worked for about 1 week and now my nexus shows a Black screen with Android written accross the center. None of the buttons work....I can't shut it off.....It eventually runs out of juice. When i recharge it ,it still comes up with the same black screen. I have no clue how to get the system to shutdown or reboot. Any help will be appreciated.

If it under warranty or extended warranty then you can get a replacement

You can try to reflash the stock images using ADB commands:
