I was in my local Sam's club and spotted a pallet containing Nexus 7 32gb cards!
Looks like our tablets are getting mainstream exposure.

My daughter's a manager at a local Gamestop and they are taking orders now for the 32.. I found a buyer for my 16 and have my daughter reserving the first 32 that comes in next week. Just hoping I can transfer everything over without losing too much...games-wise anyway. Looking forward to putting a lot of music on it. 16G just isn't enough!

When you get your 32 and sign in, it will transfer all your settings. Google play will list all your apps, free or otherwise, and you can install them as you see fit.

True, though I'm not sure what those settings are. But you still have to manually transfer local documents and media files, and have to recreate your home screens with widgets and folders and shortcuts. Plus, any game progress stored locally is lost. And if you have a couple hundred apps like me, that's a lot of downloading to do over again. I'm sure there are other things I haven't thought about. All this is true, unless you're rooted and have done a backup, I suppose. It's not the end of the world, but still a bit time consuming. This is the case with most upgrades, however, so not much choice.

Got mine from Office Depot today. None of the Walmart's had it and for some strange reason, Staples think people in Indianapolis don't want a N7. None of their stores except 1 stocks it and they were all out.

Had the choice between Gamestop and Office Depot. Gamestop has a no return, exchange only policy and OD was a little less stringent. They have been good to me in the past so they got my business again. They were actually very good to me tonight when I had to go exchange it due to a horribly washed out screen...

I just ordered mine from Macmall.com. I could've went to Staples or Office Depot but I saved around $22 for not paying tax.

Got mine last night. Kind of a pain to start my games over and fix my contacts again, but other than that it's OK. I was disappointed to not see the 4.2 update not installed. In fact, it had to update to 4.1.2. I wonder if that means I'll have to wait a few extra days to get my update to 4.2? I know it goes off the build number, but I just gotta wonder. At least I can load my music onto it today to listen to when I don't have Wi-Fi.

When I fired up Google Play on my 32GB Nexus 7, it pretty much listed every app that I've ever downloaded since I got my HTC Incredible a few years ago.. While it was a bit cumbersome to go through all of them, I did discover some apps that I had bought that were long forgotten so I was able to install them to get a second look. It didn't take that long to DL all of the Apps that I wanted to retain so I was OK with the process.

You can now delete apps off your list through the updated play store app. Been waiting a long time for that, too much spam from junk apps.

I'll use nandroid restore from my 16GB Nexus7 to my new 32GB. It should work from what I've read. Then will wipe my 16GB and give it to my son in college.
