Nexus 7 (Android v6.0.1) - "Film-On" application - have sound but no picture ?

How do i be able to see the picture when using Film-On application , currently when trying to watch UK TV (eg. BBC1) I only get the sound , where the picture should be it just shows a black box !!! - any ideas ? thanks in advance.
