How much of the 16/32 GB is available? How much is consumed by the OS?

I think someone said that about 2 gig is used by OS and preinstalled apps. Plan on about 14 of available space for the 16 gig model, and about 30 gigs for the 32 got model.

It may be a little too late for me to reply here but on a 32GB version I have this right now:
Total: 26.11 GB
Available: 21.22 GB
Apps: 3.69 GB
Pictures, videos: 496 MB
Audio: 132KB
Downloads: 8 KB
Cached data: 482 MB
Misc.: 16.73 MB

11.94 is what my 16gig says

16 - 12.2 = 3.8
32 - 26.11 = 5.89
Are they running the same version of Android? Will Android 4.4 take much more? Can ssd/emmc/flash be swapped out (probably not)?

The 16 GB has 11.94 GB available to the user.
