I'm sorry if this ends up long I'm going for short and sweat to receive suggestions for what I can propose. I want to see what opinions others might have on building a Nexus 7 bundle for a report writer, blogger, and/or social media person on the go. I'm trying to come up with someone for to help a friend with a proposal for work to avoid having to deal with iPads as they use Google Apps for Business so only makes a point to use Android. We know it will be 16GB and they have mobile hotspots already so connection is not an issue. Also Wordpress, Hootsuite, and Evernote are going to be defaulted. Here are a few questions we were looking for opinions.

  • Need physical USB or Bluetooth keyboards to type long reports or articles and some would prefer a full keyboard not small little ones you can get on eBay for $10. Suggestions or opinions?
  • There is a user who lives on a boat so he wanted something when he is riding around on the lake can mount it, figure if it works for cars to mount a 7inch would be good for the normal people we have to get this together for.
  • Two guys who are not fan of purse wearing who are going to need small lightweight backpack/messenger bags that can be carried around with them. They both have 14 inch laptops and will have the Nexus to carry.

I thank you for any suggestions, we are trying to plot this out as we were given a budget to meet and put together one. As I have a Nexus 7 already he is going to use mine as the test and get all the accessories. Preferrably we want to stay under $400.

There are lots of cheap Bluetooth keyboards for the Nexus 7, Google will help.

There are helluv mounts for tablets, especially iPads, that will do the trick. Maybe you were looking for something special.

The Nexus 7 is tiny. It fits in my back pocket. I went to a karaoke club the other night because my neighbor needed a distraction. I, seriously, chose the Nexus 7 over my phone and it went with me in a pocket. You don't need a special bag. Just slip it in.

Edit: I am a little guy, but I don't wear skinny jeans. The Nexus 7 fit in my Dickies just fine.
