Hey guys,
I saw a thread asking about tricks for the Nexus 7, and there are probably more people just like him/her. So, I'm here to help.
#1: Jelly Beans (Easter Egg)
This really serves no purpose, but it is fun to play around with!
Go to Settings.
Then, go to About Tablet.
Tap "Android Version" 3 times really fast.
A large jelly bean with pop up.
Press and hold the jelly bean, and many jelly beans will pop up.
You can just fling them around and have fun with them... see? No purpose! (I found a candy cane once
)
#2: Developer Options.
This one is really cool. You get an extra section in settings, which allows you to tinker with various extra settings. Some apps even get a "developer options" category!
Go to settings.
Go to About Tablet.
Tap your Build Number once. It will say something like "5 more until you are a developer"
Keep tapping it until it says "congratulations! You are now a developer."
If you appreciate this, there is a like button, just calling your name!
