I have been working with several companies to get the Google Nexus 7 tablet used for various situations. I think the N7 is a great size and weight for a number of good business applications.
There are some limitations that I really hope will be resolved in the Google N7+ these are categorized below:
Must have: The N7+ must have a back facing high quality camera. Uses include capturing good pictures (of materials, of environment etc etc), reading barcodes, recognizing objects and videos. Also for augmented reality.
The front facing camera is typically not as important for business.
The audio jack must support stereo speakers AND microphone for a wired headset.
Like to have: More memory (64GB and up). Higher resolution screen. Tegra 4 (for audio and visual processing). HDMI for working with a larger screen back in the office.
Anyone else have things they need?
