Nexus 7, Nexus 4, Asus FonePad or wait?

I'm stuck in a predicament here, wondering if I should wait for the new Nexus 5 & 7, or maybe buy the Asus PadFone (?179) which is a 7" tablet that makes phone calls too.

Any help would be very much appreciated; thank you!

Are you looking to replace your phone or get a new tablet that you would use in addition to a phone? I don't think a 7" phone is really that feasible the ability for my tablet to make phone calls is not even on my desire list.

I have the Nexus 4 and it is a blazing fast phone and I can certainly tell a difference in speed between the N4 and N7. Since the next N7 will probably be announced next month, it would probably be a good idea to wait.

Considering how close we are to the launch of the next gen tablets id just wait. Unless you need one immediately, of course.

The FonePad is essentially a Nexus 7 underneath with the 3G phone, Intel processor instead of the Tegra 3 and micro SD card slot, same screen, body etc.

I'll wait for more info on that and until Google I/O before I decide, hopefully an updated Nexus 4/7 will come along then!
