Nexus 7 Tablet (2013) - Aldiko Not showing entire book

I downloaded Aldiko and loaded all my books but when I open them, it will only display the first 2 pages. It shows that I have 500+ pages but it will only show the first 2, even when I page jump. I know it's not the files because I've loaded the same on our Nexus 10 with no problems and I can open them in an FBReader just fine. I really prefer to use Aldiko but can't think of a way to fix the problem. I've tried opening multiple books, restarting, disconnecting device from my computer. Has anyone had this problem? I have the new nexus 7 (2013).
