Nexus 7 Tablet Screen Issue

I was playing my video games when I decide to check my notifications on my tablet.When I turned on the tablet,all of these lines have appeared on it and I couldn't see anything else.I turned it off then turned it back on and I still had the lines.So I decided to reboot it by holding down the power button and lines still showed up. Please help!
