Nexus 7 with Asus RT-N66U dual band router

It seems a lot of people were having problems with the Nexus 7 WiFi connection getting dropped when they were using a Asus RT-N66U Dual-Band Wireless-N900 Gigabit Router. I'm thinking about getting both the Nexus 7, and the N66U router, so can anyone confirm if the WiFi problem has been fixed?

Been working here for over a month. No problems at all. No dropped connections. Works perfectly.
