Nexus 7 Won't Boot!

So I was running paranoid android and decided to try Kaos Droid. I wiped data and all cache. Flashed rom was successful. Now it won't fully boot. It just goes to the Google screen with the unlock symbol below. And I can't get it to boot into recovery, only boot loader.

Okay so I got it fixed, partially. I can restore it back to paranoid android. But it still gets stuck trying to flash kaos droid. Don't know why

Are you positive it's for grouper? Have others been able to successfully flash this?

Thanks for the help, but I fixed it. My N7 went to recovery mode when I plugged it into the computer. And then I able to narrow down the problem. Kaos Droid's aroma installer has many options that I can include. Different themes or launchers, etc. Apparantly if you choose too many options it won't work.

So I flashed the ROM with basic functionality included. All Google apps and chrome browser. I just reinstalled Nova Launcher and some other stuff manually.

And to answer your question, it was a ROM meant specifically meant for the N7. And yeah, others have flashed it perfectly before, although, I'm unaware if they had the same problem I did.
