Nexus 7 won't download documents

I use my tablet for school a lot, so I have both Adobe and Kingsoft Office. However, when I try to download attached documents such as syllabi or worksheets the downloads keep coming up unsuccessful. Do I need to download something else? How do I fix this?!?

where are you downloading it from? it could be blocked in your school network

Yeah that is what its looking like since I could download off campus...is there anyway to "unblock" it? It's just inconvenient to need something and not be able to bring it up...

its your school who is blocking it. so you have to talk to them to unblock such things
