Nexus 9 from a Nexus 10

So I want to get a new tablet I think. I really love the Nexus line of products and I have a Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 currently. The Nexus 10 is such a great tablet but has really slowed down since getting Lollipop IMO but is still a great tablet. I really love the smaller tablets like the Nexus 9 and Tab s 8.4. I think they are the perfect size IMO.

However, I am reading mixed reviews about the Nexus 9 which makes me worry. Also looking at the Samsung Tab S2 8.4 when it comes out.

Is it worth the change from a Nexus 10 to a Nexus 9 do you think?
