I set up exchange accounts with calendar syncing, and it works great for a few days. After rebooting, the calendars disappear from the Google calendar app.
After reviewing Settings/Accounts, the exchange accounts are still there and appear to be correctly syncing. Nevertheless, I delete the accounts, set them up again, and everything works great for a few days until the problem occurs again.
I also have an HTC M8 GPE, and I never have a problem syncing with the same accounts. Both my N9 and M8 are on Marshmallow. The N9 just updated to 6.0.1. The update didn't help at all. I also tried other calendar apps, and they have the same issues, so I don't think it's the Google calendar app itself. It must be a syncing issue.
