Nexus Imprint questions

When I unlock with my fingerprint it has me enter a pin. Is there any way to get around this? I do have a work e-mail address active and wonder if that's what's doing it.

Maybe the exchange email requirement. All hands on I've seen shows it go straight to home screen with a nexus imprint unlock (no pin or pattern involved).

I uninstalled my exchange app so that's ruled out. I'm going to delete all finger prints and try again. Still running into the issue.

So I believe I have solved it. I use Nova Launcher and an app called Screen Off so I can double tap to shut the screen off. When I try to unlock the phone after locking it through double tap, it brings up my pin screen. If I hit the power button it will unlock like normal. Hopefully the developer can address this but until then I'll leave it uninstalled and shut the screen off like the rest of the world.

I had same issue, glad I saw your post! It was driving me crazy hahaha. Hope fully they update the app I love double tap to turn off screen.
