I have unlocked the bootloader, thanks to Unlocker instructions, but I am having trouble gaining access to delete system apps. I have tried using ADB shell, but cannot get access to delete Twitter, Amazon mp3 and Books. I have tried installing Superuser, but can not get it to update the SU, it will download a newer version. I've tried to flash the new version of the SU but the phone gets stuck and wont start up in recovery mode. Anyone have any ideas, solutions?
Please be aware that I have had the phone for over a year and am just now looking at rooting this, so my experience is pretty limited.
