I am able to connect my Nexus to my JVC car stereo with Bluetooth. I'm able to play music using different Android music players and podcast players. I am able to use the JVC hard buttons to pause and play. HOWEVER I lose the ability to play and pause when the Waze app is open. Why?
The only thing I can think of is that whatever makes the Waze app keep the screen on (without going black) is also interfering with the JVC audio controls.
Any ideas?
