Nexus Prime vs Galaxy S II

For all of you who keep asking should I get the GSII or wait for the Nexus. It boils down to 2 things in my opinion since we cannot factually compare hardware yet but at the VERY minimum it will at least be on par with if not better than the GSII.

1. While the GSII was recently released in the states it has been out since April 28th elsewhere making the phone a few months old already. The Nexus on the other hand will be released stateside right away.
2. Nexus will not have any bloatware on it while all the GSII phones do.

One has a number in its name. The other has an adjective that applies to numbers. Coincidence??!?!?

For people who can't decide, the biggest difference is the Nexus does not have touch wiz. I'm getting one regardless of specs.
