I too am using the NS4G and currently enjoy many custom ROMs built from official ICS 4.0.3 source.
As far as official ICS for the NS4G, we will see it there is just some snag in the release process. Doesn't make sense why Google would release the important binaries for the NS4G and ICS 4.0.3 if they weren't planning on updating.
