Nexus TV HDMI / CEC Support

I swapped out my Chromecast recently for a Nexus TV. One feature I liked with Chromecast was when I was on a different input and began to stream my TV (A Vizio E601i-A3) would automatically switch to the input the Chromecast was on. I have CEC enabled but can't seem to get the Nexus TV to do it. I have reset both the Nexus TV and my TV to no avail. I have seen posts where people are indicating Nexus TV does support this functionality but I have yet to get it to work. Anyone else seen this behavior?
