NexusRootToolkit ... WUG

This is my first day venturing into the wonderful world of rooting, unlocking, and freeing my Galaxy Nexus. I've been delayed downloading WUG. I follow the link in the AndroidCentral Guide, Top Tip #2 that takes me to an info page with a download link labeled NexusRootToolkit.v1.5.2.sfx.exe, but the link just goes to goo.im and splashes "The file you requested was not found" ... does anyone know where I might get the WUG download?
