NFC not working..how can I get it to work?

NFC not working...

I was prompted to do an update on my HTC ONE M8s, so I accepted it and whilst it was doing the update I fell asleep. When I woke up my phone was in command prompt saying the update failed or something. So I restarted the phone and it keeping NFC has stopped working or something like that. It then let me send the report or ignore it, it didn't matter which once I chose, the box kept coming up continuously meaning I couldn't do anything with my phone, with regret, I have factory reset my phone 2 times and it still does not work! Please help.

Try also clearing the data/formatting the SD cards and see if that helps. You can try another factory reset, but be sure not to restore data from backup when setting back up.

Does the update re-appear for you to install? I would suggest trying to update again and seeing what error(s) are given, if any.
