I have a brand new Galaxy Grand Prime (not Duos). I've tried searching through other related posts/forums and I'll found was to check the following: The NFC is enabled, the android beam is enabled but it is failing to recognize NFC checkpoints. There is no sound recognition.
Our company uses NFC quite frequently, we've used Galaxy Grand Primes before this phone and one other are having this problem for the first time.
