NFC receiving issues from Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Has anyone else had issues receiving NFC beams from the Samsung Galaxy Note 3? No issues sending to the Note 3, just receiving.

Nope haven't heard of any problems like that, could be a CM bug with NFC. Be sure that both phones aren't connected to a wifi network or a bluetooth device. Android beam doesn't actually send files via NFC but rather over wifi direct or bluetooth depending on the device.

Thanks Ronnie2, The issue is that when I try to Beam from a Galaxy Note 3 to an LG G2 the LG opens Google Play but does not provide any apps to download. Beaming the other way is no problem. I have also tried Beaming rom the Note 3 to an S4 and HTC one without success either way here at home. I have Beamed with another friends S4 without issue. Does anybody have any ideas on how I should proceed?

Hi Smokie0301,
I had the exact same issue. You have to turn off "S-Beam" in the Galaxy Note 3. You can do that in Settings>More Settings. It seems like it is prioritizing that app over the Android Beam.
