I live in UK & I have just purchased a Note 4 SM-N910S to use it for my business line. I then realized that in the NFC settings it says Credit cards and transportation cards can be used!!!
And on the bottom it has a Tap and pay option!!
I have been keeping a very close eye on the Tap & Pay on my S6 Edge and the only time it changed from the usual ''No payment service installed'' is when Android Pay showed up on there for a week or so and then disappeared again!
So to see this on a Note 4 is quite surprising.... AND it actually has Barclaycard app installed in it !!!!!!!

I have just made my 1st payment today !!!
That's right, I just paid for some groceries using my mobile (NFC only). It was a bit confusing to start with; I had to touch the machine, enter a pin code on my mobile then touch the machine again. But it is actually working!!!!!!
