On of the nicest collections (IMHO) is here. Wouldn't take much to resize.

I resized the 49ers in about a minute.
I have no idea how to resize, could somebody resize a few of the Jets wallpapers for me for my Moto droid?
Any help on resizing is appreciated. . .don't know what tools / apps are required, but willing to give it a shot. Or if anyone is willing to resize two for me it would be appreciated - I am interested in the Cleveland Browns and The Philadelphia Eagles resized for the Motorola droid.

you can use microsoft paint, or google picasa, etc.
There are tons of free photo apps that are free out there for the pc.
