Ok, time to put in some kudos for cool features I keep stumbling on while using this phone. Sorry if this has all been said in another thread somewhere but just wanted to share. Please add any finds of yours, too.
Just found out you can swipe up anywhere on any home screen to get to the menus for the home screen (change themes, wallpapers, add widgets, etc). Not a big deal but it's fast. A lot faster than the old touch and hold and wait for it to buzz and open. Plus themes are cool and plentiful for phone.
Also, I'm crazy about the Zen cover app. I got a cheap case with the cutout circle hole just for using this feature and I may never go back to another case. I think this app nails what all of the lock screen widgets in custom roms were trying to do but we're always too bulky and buggy for me. The main screen has a notification for all new phone calls, texts and emails. All you have to do is long press and it jumps to a nice read only screen that is very easy to read you're emails or whatever. Like it. Also around the whole screen is a lit up circle that shows your battery percentage. Didn't notice that until I was fully charged and saw that it went all the way around.
Also if you move around the edge of circle you can get to any app quickly like camera or flashlight. Nice feature although i usually just swipe. Also you can answer phone from this screen or reject calls all without opening case.
Also, search for any app in app drawer. Works great.
Now if only my battery would last lastmore than 3 hours....
